when i start my application, loading stops when it comes to biped.dlc,
i couldn't open any 3dmax file. help pleaseBiped in 3dmax?

Try reinstalling or searching google for that file and downloading it.
U havent given ur 3d max version ur using. I guess it as v5 or less.
Charactor studio is a plugin that is to be installed sepratly but ships with 3d max cd.
U have to install it to open that particular file.
That file contains a rig/Biped/ skeltal system created using Charector studio. So its looking for its run time files while loading.
In later versions of Max Charector Studio gets installed automatically as its not a separate product.
If you are using Max 6 or above try reinstalling the app.
